My Business Idea

Amal Acadamey gave us a beautiful chance to think about Entrepreneurship and to think about our business. Being an Entrepreneur is a great idea.

My Business idea is to open a Construction firm after 10 years when i will complete my Ph.D Then i will open my firm and will run my business along with the Research work filed.

We discussed in our learning group about Key Partners, Key Activities, Value Proposition, Customer Segment and Revenue Stream. Well in Key-Partners there will be Clients of Both type Government and Privates and I will invest in my Firm at start to have a good office, a good machinery and will register my Firm with Pakisan Engineering Council.

Key Activities would be Development of Machinery with the passage of time so that my firm can improve the standard work and can work in short duration. i will also do marketing by giving an ad and by distributing visiting cards.

Value Proposition includes that in my firm you will get all facilities related to construction at one place. Work Related to Roads, Housing, Plazaz and any type of Construction, we will follow the international codes in construction and will complete every project on time .

Customer Segment will includes all the benefeciary that will use our Construction Projects. It will also include Clients, Consultants and Contractors.

In this way I will have a good Business and a good revenue stream. I will show passion and will try to apply all the traits of entrepreneur that we studies in AMAL ACADAMEY!
